Collectible! History! International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 299 Detroit MI Vintage Watch Collectible. Sold as collectible not usable without repair - **Very worn condition. Hands move freely but does not wind. Not in working order would have to be repaired for use*** Speidel Watch Band. Not sure of brand of watch itself. Glass face is somewhat scratched but is clear.
