    Reel for field telephone or electro signals
    cable for sectional trunk lines.
    Durable copper two-core (conductors are isolated from each other) resistance wire (length not known), wound on a metal spool equipped with a bracket for easy carrying, unwinding and rewinding.
    The cable can be used underground and water.
    The total weight of the wire spool is 8.5 kg.
    Presumably this is the Swedish army, but I could be wrong - o
